Dc53 cold work tool steel/tool steel/die steel/alloy steel

Share:

Its hardness through heat treatment is higher than that of Cr12Mo1V1 and could reach 61-63HRC after high tempering, its intensity and abrasive resistance is superior to Cr12Mo1V1.

Its ductility is better than Cr12Mo1V1, so its molds rarely have flaws or cracks, which greatly improves the service life of these molds.

Residual stress after wire cutting process is lower than that of Cr12Mo1V1.

Machinability and grinding property is superior to Cr12Mo1V1.
