It is used to make the heavy load for the production of a small section ofquenched large pieces of normalizing and stress smaller parts.

Bearing steel is not suit for forging, temper brittles tempreture is 200-250℃.

Delivery and hardness: Annealed, hardness≤197HBS.

Ordinary annealing rule: annealing temperature 790-810,until the temperature is 650, air cooling, hardness 170-207HB.

Isothermal annealing: annealing temperature 790-810℃, keep warm time:2-4h,isothermal annealing temperature 710-720℃, air cooling, hardness 207-229HB.

High tempering: temper temperature 650-700℃, air cooling, hardness 229-285HB.

Delivery:

Hot rolling annealing, don’t annealing, Annealed steel strip, cold draw round bar steel, polished round bar steel, hot rolled steel pipe, annealing peeling steel pipe, cold draw steel pipe.

Application:

1.For stamping die, requiring high resistance of the convex and concave mold, the hardness required 60-62HRC when do the punch, the hardness required 62-64HRC when do die mould.

2.Guide pin guide sleeve steel.
