Characteristics

1.High intensity and hardness under at high temperature. Hardness can reach 300HBS at 650℃.

2.Fault surface within 80mm in thickness can be fully hardened.

3.Relatively high phrase transformation temperature good hot fatigue resistance to alternation of heat and cold.

4.Plasticity and toughness are comparatively low.

 

Application

1.For making mould which is working at high temperature and stress but without impact load.

2.For making mould which can afford high compressive stress, bending stress and tensile stress.

3.For making metal parting tool which is working under high temperature.

 

Delivery condition

Annealed, hardness is below 255HB.
